    Scott and his crew are Great! We have used them for around 11 years now and they have always responded quickly and with the best remedy for us even if it was not going to make him money. The truthfulness and honesty that he provides is refreshing in this day and age. Thank you for all that you have done and I would recommend S.E. Dubbs to anyone.

    I will never allow anyone with S.E. Dubbs to enter my home again. It's unfortunate that I need to leave such a poor review, but I caution you to not use S.E. Dubbs for any heating or cooling services. Reading through the reviews, it looks like the father (Scott) helps carry the positive image of the company, and I wish we would have had him help us. However, the son, does a huge disservice, and is the reason for my complaint. I was required to contact S.E. Dubbs, per my warranty company. Justin was extremely unprofessional, and did not actually fix the issue we were having with our furnace. He was on the phone constantly, swearing and asking questions on how to fix our furnace. He determined that it was our control board, and left to purchase one. He returned with the new control board, only to find out moments later that it wasn't the issue. He kept the new control board and stated that he wasn't sure what he did to fix the furnace, but that he thought it was a loose connection. Hardly the answer I want to hear from someone who is supposed to fix my furnace. Still, he fixed it, and demonstrated to me that it was working. He asked to use my restroom after returning with the control board, and didn't wash his hands (which I find to be disgusting and unprofessional). He then asked if I had any batteries for his voltmeter. He left multiple loose screws laying at the bottom of my furnace, and even asked me to contact him directly, and to not contact my home warranty company if we found additional issues. The following day, my furnace stopped working. Of course, he requested the deductible. He asked it to be paid by check or cash. He stated that they receive fees for taking debit card payments. I wrote the check, and finally, weeks later, he cashed it. I called my home warranty company and they reported that S.E. Dubbs claimed to have replaced our control board. This is completely untrue. We still have our old control board installed, and they are using that as a way to cover the cost of the control board they mistakingly purchased. Overall, we paid a deductible, and our heat still does not work. I will never allow this company to reenter my home. I don't trust them. I seriously caution you to consider another company with better reviews such as Strive Heating and Cooling. I was holding out on posting a review, but the fact that they still cashed the check, despite never actually fixing our heat, has me extremely upset.

    I highly recommend this company. They were sent to me by my home warranty company which can be a little scary considering you don't know who you are going to get. Between the time of our initial problem and approval for replacement they visiting my home 4 times. They were prompt at returning my messages and fixed the problem same day. Last night our new furnace shut off due to extremely low temps. Again, they were prompt in fixing the problem, professional, and were extremely helpful in explaining the problems/solutions in a manner that I could understand. Will definitely use again.

    I had a wonderful experience with Scott Dubbs. Scott was very professional and provided the service I needed. He is very honest and dependable. I would recommend him to family and friends. Also he is very neat and cleans up, He took the time to explain all the issues I had in great detail. Returned my call in an expeditious manner.
