We have a house built by Sea Pac. You will not be able to find the worst warranty ever!!!!! Here is one of the examples why:
Warranty guys came to my house to replace a cracked tile, chipped the white baseboard during the process. And when I asked them to replace the damaged item I got the following answer: "The nature of the tile repair has a high likelihood of accidental nick/scratch in millwork (baseboards). We are not going to replace the baseboard". Do you think it's a legitimate answer?
Also the pantry door did not close. They fix the door and cracked its frame. Now I have the door that closes but with cracked frame.
Also they use pvc waste pipes that make "water dropping" sounds when somebody takes a shower. Can you imagine sitting in a living room and hearing water dropping sound for 15 minutes? And it's not a leakage.
I can share many details about the issues I have in the house. The issues that are not covered under warranty are cracked fence, bended balcony doors, squeaking laminate floors etc. Please pm me for more details.
P.S. I'm not the only one in my community having the described issues with pipes hammering, balcony doors not closing etc. And the warranty manager just says it's not covered under warranty. Or when they come they damage something else.
