    Bulkhead and Docks

    Sea Pro Marine Dock Builders the owner and workers were very professional. The bulkhead and docks were completed on time and everything looked amazing. I would highly recommend them.

    Build a new bulkhead

    We hired Sea Pro to build a new bulkhead on our property. I would strongly advise anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere. Putting in a new bulkhead is not inexpensive. My experience from working with Sea Pro was they show up to win your business and are very nice and even bring Starbucks coffee for you as an added touch.... but ultimately they don’t care at all about you as a customer. They are extremely busy and seem to prioritize projects based on relationships and money. We got the runaround countless times as far as when they would be showing up to do the work, and they stopped answering calls and texts after promising our project would begin next (on multiple occasions). Their voicemails are conveniently always full so you can’t even leave a message. When I finally did get a hold of our rep after once again having our project delayed, he was beyond rude and felt no need to apologize for the way we had been treated as customers. Had we not given them a down payment, we would have 100% taken our business elsewhere. After they win you over and get the sale.... you are just another customer who will wait in a long line and endure endless excuses. Did they ultimately build a nice bulkhead? Yes. But getting there was so painful and I certainly did not appreciate the coffee cups, bottles and other garbage they left behind. I had multiple bids for my bulkhead, but wish I would’ve done more homework on Sea Pro before hiring them. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

    Impossible to get them to answer a phone call, text message or e-mail. My job was to start this week and it's impossible to reach them for more than 1 month.

    Sea pro marine dock builders did a outstanding job on my yard. Bulkhead was straight and level complete with a beautiful trex deck. I did have to wait a little time being dock builders are very busy but it was well worth the wait, when you know what quality of work your going to get!!!! I would absolutely recommend them

    Reface a bulkhead

    If you hire these people to do any work do not give them any money until the job is completed. They have been jerking me around for 2 years on a job they said would would take 1 week. They have a complaint with the dept. of consumer affairs, and a pending law suit. They have not kept 1 single promise they made too me. I would not recommend them at all. So be ware of them.
