John set up a time to come out and look at my pool, request by my home warranty. He was supposed to come but said he couldn't find my address on his GPS, so he would have to come another day. Said he would call me again to set up another time. Never got a return call, I even called him with no answer! I put in another work order and another company came out. Come to find out he charged a trade call fee and labor to my warranty company and was never at my property! I have a large dog that would attack if someone came into the yard. I told him that he needed to let me know when he was going to access it, so I didn't let her outside at the time. He didn't leave an invoice for me either, because he never came! Dishonest, wanted to charge my warranty company for services not rendered. The decided not to make me pay the trade call fee, since I paid the company that actually came out!

John came out to work on my pool and was exceptional - (through old republic home warranty) - gave me advice on items not covered under warranty as well (water testing, draining pool, vacuum connection) - I would recommend highly

Seabreeze Pool Service was the company hired by my home warranty company to do some repairs. I was out of the state at the time and they were extremely helpful by calling me and giving me status reports. Their service was superior and everything is running great!

My Home Warranty company contracted Seabreeze to complete my repairs. Jon came out said he would need to replace my pump housing. Within a week of repairing it was leaking worse then before. Called and text him to tell him it was leaking worse and no response. Dont use them!! Poor quality of workmanship and wont return calls.
