    Seacrest/ Bill was a pretty good experience. As with many construction projects, there were times when it seemed like nothing was happening awaiting permits, handoffs with subcontractors, etc. There were times when the clean up needed to be prompted, etc. All of that said, whenever there was an issue, Bill was very good about trying to address (he had his team out the next day after we sent him pictures of the debris in the yard). He was also resourceful in his contractor network to ease our challenges with contractors slightly out of scope (ie fencing, landscaping, etc) to helpus complete the final process.

    We really love the design, final product and Bill was very flexible about making sure we got exactly what we asked for within our budget.

    So, if you have a realistic understanding of the pace of major construction in S. Florida in general, I'd rank Seacrest a 8.5 out of 10.
