Permits
- Building permit records show that Seaflor Construction Services Inc has worked on 6 permitted projects.
We had about $50,000 work done by Seaflor Construction Services approximately 7 years ago. ALL the work has had to be redone. We are furious. A very knowledgeable person showed up for the consultation. However, the workers he sent down, were definitely his second or third string. Not only were they incompetent, but they were unprofessional. My husband was sent to Home Depot on a few occasions to get supplies they had forgotten. One time they asked me for a piece of sandpaper. We had just moved to Virginia Beach from CT and sandpaper was not one of the things I had packed in my suitcases. Another time the workers decided to take an extended lunch break - they came back from the beach all dripping wet and when they saw we were home they started laughing and said "busted". It also seemed like the office manager didn't know what was going on. She called one day stating she had sent an invoice that required payment. I told her we had been waiting for 3 days for the guys to show up and do the work and no payment was going to be made until the work was done. I can go on and on about our wonderful experience with Seaflor but I think you get the gist. Please do not hire these guys. Also, one of the guys that was doing the balcony off our great room almost fell off. I was afraid to leave him in case he did. At least I would have been there to call 911.
