He redid our entire house - a huge scope including removing walls, redoing windows, new floors, new electrical, new plumbing, new stucco, installing HVAC, etc. Jay did everything quickly and within the proposed budget. He helped with all city permits and inspections. Jay and his team are so amazing, considerate, communicative and kind. Would HIGHLY recommend Seagull construction to anyone!!
