    Our experience with this contractor was HORRENDOUS. We contracted in late February 2024 for a 2car garage addition (with a back porch in one corner of the building and a gathering room/wet bar in the other corner as the porch was used. Our existing garage of our ranch home was to be converted to living space, complete with a bathroom. Completion was to be "substantially done" by June 30, 2024.

    By December 16, 2024 - we kicked Seagull off the property. The work was never finished. There was no attention to detail. Little supervision of the trades that came and went. We were left with a mess, that we are still trying to sort out. Mark Bulllington, the owner, took no accountability for the poor workmanship, nor the schedule delays. It was always someone else's fault. He repeatedly made false statements about the schedule, material delivery, and the trades work.
