Expert knowledge and expedient quality work. I even called them back this week to add gutters! He dropped off samples that night,came out the next morning, and completed installation within a few hours! They worked with me on roof payment and scheduling. They even allowed me to change the scope of work multiple times (adding decking, soffits, and a chimney repair) and kept me abreast of cost before additional work was started. No change went unapproved. Very professional. Kirk kept me updated with photos, samples, and assisted me with actual hands-on site-visits (getting on the roof) to witness what they found. While doing work, he made suggestions, but no pressure to upgrade in any way. He even made a brilliant suggestion of rolling in new insulation while the decades old decking (40+ year old house) was being replaced, since the crawlspace was ridiculously small and I had mentioned desperately needing additional insulation as a later separate project. Saved me a lot of time and money! Also, to an add-on room that could not be insulated, he added sloped insulation board to the flat pitched roof. Two problems solved at once! I HIGHLY recommend Kirk and his team.
