    STAY AWAY. HE IS A THIEF AND A FRAUD. On June 3 2018 I hired him for architectural drawings and he promised to assist with the permit process. The drawings he provided we never correct according to the City of Boston's requirements. Tried contacting him numerous of times for revised drawings he would answer from time to time and promise to have him. A year and a half later I still do not have the correct drawings and I paid a total of 2800.00. This guy is going around robbing single mothers/homeowners. His drawing are stamped with the name John Culver Spink No 30097. RUN FROM THIS GUY HE IS NOT HONEST

    I give him an f, and no I would not recommend to anyone, He started at my house and never finished. very sloppy and poor quality work. made a year of promise to finish project started but never completed. received 2nd payment and took off with money.
