There are a lot of good contractors out there; this is not one of them. He skipped off the job owing me $5000 worth of work I had paid for. On top of that it took $2000 to pay another contractor to fix the shabby work he did do. Before he skipped off the job he spend 7 months on a job that would have taken a good contractor 2 weeks to do and do right. Save your self money and aggrevation and find a good contractor to do your job.

Sean is a knowledgeable, conscientious contractor who rebuilt my roof deck in Center City Philly. He worked incredibly hard in mid August in 90+ heat and he did a great job repairing issues with the deck substructure. Decked it with composite decking and aluminum railing. Excellent job, and a nice guy.
