Thief. It was a $6,000 dollar job to paint the exterior of a 3500 sq ft Victorian, he wanted a $2000 deposit, he showed up with 10 gallons of paint and worked for two days with a guy who did all the work, then said he needed extra money for wood repair and the 2nd check so I paid him another $2800, he hired a carpenter to fix the wood issues, the carpenter did the job but told me he never got paid and Sean never came back. Poof he was gone and his phone number was turned off." Turns out half of the house was just scraped and the paint was primer that was tinted and rolled on, that's all he did. Perfect painting"is the company name. Also he looked like he was drinking water but I got suspicious when he acted weird and I found a water bottle and sniffed it and it turned out to be vodka in a water bottle he is a drunk and a stuttering liar.
