I was given a referral to Sean Landscape Construction through a recommendation from a tile company that had used Sean Landscape in the installation of their own tile on company property.
Sean and his team's courtesy, expertise, customer service, and professionalism was above and beyond what I expected. Sean's vast experience and knowledge greatly contributed to our design ideas without taking away from what we desired and envisioned. He remained patient and receptive to our changes.
I could have not chosen a better company to do my major backyard re-landscape; hard and soft-scape, drainage, lightening with associated smart app, cement demolition and application, plants, bushes, tree, pool and patio deck tile, pool and spa coping, playground sand, Benda-Board, mow curbing, rocks, fence, BBQ island, and fire pit installation.
Sean's and his team's performance can be described as dedicated and hard working.

Having to finish a small backyard when cost of labor and material were skyrocketing was already painful but finding Sean was the silver lining of it all. All I wanted was a simple paver yard, nothing fancy, nothing more, nothing less and I couldn't believe the kind of numbers that were being thrown out by some of these guys. Most were also pretty dismissive because they probably had enough larger jobs. Needless to say none gave me the peace of mind to actually want to move forward.
So after months of putting it off, I searched again and finally found Sean and from the first message and meeting, he was super easy to work with, very up front about everything on the bid as well as timing, and all around such a great down to earth guy - none of the attitude I've gotten from others that came out and never spoke down and did his best to explain things thoroughly. To top off, his customer service is unheard of, a contractor who takes care of things after they've gotten their money? I had a minor aesthetic issue that anyone else would have ignored but Sean took care of it as he promised without delay or pushback. Considering the scale of jobs he probably has, mine was nothing but he still took care of me like mine was his biggest job!
Sean's team finished the job within the timeline promised, kept my driveway clean as I requested (unlike a lot of my neighbors who had a mess), were super friendly and respectful everyday they showed up, and at the end left things spotless! He really picks his guys well and you can tell all of them have such respect for Sean as well. Definitely says a lot there too.
Hire Sean Landscape, you won't regret it.

Sean and his team did an amazing job on my dream backyard in Orchard Hills. From start to finish he was professional and very pleasant to work with. Instead of forcing a design on me he asked what I envisioned, and was able to come up with suggestions along the way based on his 20 years of experience... he has seen it all!
What I like most is that I can trust Sean. I had paid for pavers but when it came time to install they were out of stock. I unknowingly chose a cheaper, low-quality paver as a replacement but Sean encouraged me to chose a higher quality paver instead at no extra charge. I can tell that every aspect of his work is excellent, and he will always do the right thing. He is also more than happy to come back and fix things as they come up.
Thank you Sean! I will miss our early morning chats.
