    Repair, replace damaged siding.

    I signed a contract with Mr. Clemens on 1-24-2018 for work on my siding. He called back a month later saying he hadn't forgotten me & would do the work but I haven't heard from him since & calling him just got a voice message that "he wasn't taking any calls now & to try again later", I did but got the same message.
    I paid him an advance of $1,000. but if he can't do the job, I want my money back & I'll find someone else.
    I don't know if he suffered an injury or what but I have been unable to contact him or even leave a message.
