We are just coming to the end of a major restoration of balconies and patios for a 59-unit condominium building in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The project has been extensive involving significant structural work as well as detai.led finish work. Seashore has been exceptional from day one of this project. They communicate well, work very hard and have been simply outstanding from beginning to end. We will likely have another such project and Seashore will be out "go to." Can't say enough about Seashore.

I would not use this company for any restoration projects. They installed my balcony railng out of perpendicular to the building and they would not correct it. A 5 ft section was out of square approx. 3 inches. They broke a screw off on my front door an refused to fix it. This is only 2 of 9 issues they would not correct.
