Beware! Nicholas Gunday is a fraudster and felon. He scammed me for cash money paid in advance for HVAC work on my house and then never completed the job. He uses a fictitious company name and address that is not even his. Look at bustednewspaper dot com to see that he was arrested March 6, 2025, on three felony counts. Need I say more?
