My unit was delivered on June 23, 2021. The delivery people tightened the ratchet strap too tight on the trailer when it was loaded. Broke the lid. They knew they broke the lid. I was told don't worry, we'll get you another one. Six months later when out on a service call for a faulty motherboard I was assured it was warrantied and I'd get a new cover as soon as it came in.
367 days, several phone calls later still no new lid. The only response I've gotten was that it was on order. Once that they said they needed to get me one, under warranty. We were also told they would bring us some stairs, that they were out of stock right now. For what I paid for the hot tub you'd think I'd get better service than this. 367 days later, no lid, no stairs, no phone calls, NOTHING. I leave you to your conscious...
