They have been building a group of town homes next to us for the last 7 or 8 months, or so. This job site is messy with lots of garbage and construction debris ending up on our property. We have gotten a flat tire from running over a nail while parking on the street. Additionally they crushed a part of the fence and failed to mention anything about it. When we finally tracked down the appropriate person to speak with they assured us it would be repaired correctly. It was not. They did a very shoddy job, didn't match the wood or stain it and used bent boards to replace the several boards they smashed. It looks terrible and they tried to claim that the boards would "weather out" to the right color. We had a landscape architect and wood builder out to help in the backyard and he happened to notice the terrible repair job and explained that we had been lied to. We have been verbally accosted on more than one occasion by one of their angry and aggressive employees and the builder/owner will do nothing to correct the situation other than apologize and make excuses for his unstable employee who as he puts it has "had some trauma recently". It is not acceptable to be screamed at and cussed out in an aggressive way and to feel unsafe in our home. This unstable employee is also currently residing in a van in the driveway of the project doing "night security." We do not feel safe with the situation as is and have tried to address in a civil manner but Seattle Sound Homes in unwilling to address our very real concerns. Am filing police report about harassment and also complaint with L&I and BBB. Beware of this young company-- they are not following the law and are allowing an unsafe environment to exist in this residential neighborhood.

They did a great job on our build and held close to schedule even though we ran into some unforeseen issues with the lot. Would recommend and will be referring them to friends
