By Dee N.June 28, 2021Move shower line and drain along with tub and drain
This plumber called me into the room to ask me about installing a standing tub filler while reading the manual! Didn’t finish the job or do all the rough-in correctly; delayed us a month, sent a sketchy invoice just a total and seemed upset when we asked for a breakdown. The hours were padded, he charged us for his “trainee” who stood around and watched him then demanded payment when he wasn’t even done. He forgot to relocate shower drain then said he thought tole company would do (???) after we discussed it. He simply had a shower and tub line to move roughly 6” and charged us $1400 (open ceiling under the tub!). Would not recommend.

Paid another company to unclog my drain, and after they came out twice in a week and we still had no working plumbing, I called Steve. So glad I did!! He worked me into his schedule and genuinely cared about making sure me and the kids had running water and a working sewer again. Can’t believe I spent 4 days with no plumbing thanks to the first company, should have just called Steve from the beginning!!
I’m so grateful to have found a plumber I can trust to do great work for a reasonable price. I’ve already made plans to have him come back and put in a water softener that I’ve been wanting!
