I'm not big on writing reviews online, but had to let everyone know how I feel about this company and the owner. I'm a native in AZ and have had a lot of plummer's in my time. This company has bye far superseded my expectations. Ryan the owner does the cleanest work I have ever seen! He's like a plumbing artist. To top it off his pricing is very very fair. I highly recommend Second Opinion Plumbing. Don't even waste your time shopping around. Ryan is by far more knowledgeable and fair than any other plumber in the Valley. He always lays everything out on the table to me before he even gets started, so there are never any surprises. If I could, I would rank this company 10 stars.

I couldn't go upstairs when the plumber said he had to run the water to get it all out before working on the faucet.
My tub faucet magically turned on itself according to them and my ceiling downstairs was filled with water and ruined. They refuse to pay for the fix. I even offered just a cosmetic fix rather than a full expensive repair. Their response we won't fix it.
I had a guest over between the plumber sink replacement and the next day when the ceiling was filled up and dripped on the floor from several areas
When I had them look at the damage they happened to have a person that could fix it. They came out and said it would be at least $5,000 and it would have to be blocked off for 3 days. I don't feel comfortable with them.
