Secure Window Solutions

WOW!!!!!! What a horrible experience with a horrible company. I was completely misled by there entire team. Starting with Greg who was on-site right after my issue started. It got worse from there. Was told the outside part of the Hurricane window was in danger of falling out in a million pieces on somebody entering or exiting the front door. Well they said they would be back ASAP to address (this was not addressed for 4 months later ) Unbelievable!!! So then they made me pay them $3600 for a window. So finally the window comes in 4 months later ( the dangerous broken glass has still not been removed) we then schedule the replacement now we are 5 months into the process. Finally they come out after multiple phone calls to Markel that went unanswered and unreturned. Now the crew gets there and sets up outside the house within five minutes, They’re on the phone with Brandon one of the owners Who was completely useless. The crew leader, then tells me they cannot do the install because of the chandelier on the inside of the house. I then say to him how did they not know this from the beginning? They sent Gregg out the first day the glass was broken and now five months later they’re telling me they cannot do the install because the chandeliers up and now I need to find an electrician to,remove the chandelier and reconnect and install the chandelier in the same day. So now they take down the broken glass and I’ve had multiple conversations with Brandon the owner who completely got indignant and was not the least bit helpful. Offered zero solutions other than me finding an Electrician and at first he would consider paying for some of the Electricians charges. However, during our conversation, he refused to tell me whether he would or would not assume any responsibility. We went back-and-forth multiple times trying to come up with a resolution. He then offered to return the glass to my house uninstalled and refund me less than a third of what I paid. Now I am stuck with a piece of glass a damaged window and $2600 less out of pocket with no resolution. This company was so awful to deal with and irresponsible from the beginning. Gregg was out at my house saw there was a chandelier there when he specked the job. Somehow no one ever communicated in five months that there was a chandelier in place. The owner was irrational, irresponsible, so not customer oriented, and borderline the worst representation of an owner in any business that I’ve dealt with in 50 years. I would not recommend anybody getting into bed with his company. They take too long, they lie and their customer service is zero on a scale one to 10. Please make sure you use any other company out there other than secure window solutions. I am now looking for another vendor to install piece of glass that I spent $3600 with Secure Window Solutions that was completely incompetent during this whole
process. Please stay away from this company. I would rate Gregg, who came out the day of the broken glass a one out of 10. I would rate Markel the customer service agent one out of 10 her lack of response to phone calls and emails is unconscionable. And if I could give a negative lack of professionalism, empathy and customer service ability was legendary for how poor it was.
