Hired to do an extensive upgrade at our condo complex, they replaced the meters in the wrong order causing several residents to pay the usage of full time residents. When the mistake was brought to their attention several months after the mistake, they fixed the error never contacting the residents involved. When I brought the bills to their attention and asked for a $150 refund for the usage I was incorrectly charged for, they suggested I ask a neighbor to pay me. They have continued to drag their feet on this issue
