I would not recommend as communication is poor and follow up is non existent. Found multiple items on final walk through on a friday. Site coordinator stated they would fix on Monday. Two weeks later, no follow up. No responses to texts & emails. If you do use the company do not accept their "promises" and do not sign final papers until its completely done. Their "year" warranty does not help as filed a claim and still no response.

They always do exactly what the say they will and they keep me informed constantly of any changes or needs. Fantastic company to work with!

The contract and payment process of course went quickly. But everything since then is ridiculously slow. Our contact at the sales office seems to be overworked and not very attentive to our project. Twice now we have been waiting for a change order to be completed and sent to us to review and sign. We left a message and/or emailed our sales contact and miraculously we got the change orders almost immediately. So why can't they stay on top of their projects? Why can we only see progress when we call to complain or ask about the status of the change order? It makes me wonder if they received our message and checked on the order and it had been forgotten or set aside and not followed up on. We signed the sales contract at the end of 2020 and have seen NO plans, NO design team and NO progress at all at the home site. We were promised to have some kind of building progress by now. Maybe they have taken on too many projects and can't keep up with them.

Absolutely not after I signed a contract they got my 1,000 dollars and jacked up the price of the house and would not refund my money.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Sedgewick Homes, LLC has worked on 311 permitted projects.
We have been our home for about 6 1/2 years. About a year after the warranty expired (only a year which should have been a red flag) the floors started squeaking and pooping. Loudly. There are many other workmanship quality issues as I think Sedgewick only hires cheap immigrants to do a lot of the work.
The whole process was a bit rushed, or at least that is how we felt and options are very limited. Painting is poorly done. Sprayed in.
Bottom line, stay away from this builder or be very strict with the contract and how and by who the house is built.
