I hired Sedler Design & Redevelopment LLC to prepare plans and provide design services for my project. I paid in advance and was repeatedly promised that the completed plans would be delivered by specific deadlines. Those deadlines were missed over and over again. Despite many follow-ups, calls, and messages, I did not receive the completed work as promised. Communication became increasingly difficult, and after months of delays, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the matter promptly, I continued to experience delays and an unsatisfactory response. My experience was frustrating and disappointing. I expected professionalism, reliable communication, and timely delivery, but that was not my experience. Based on what I went through, I cannot recommend this company.
