I would not recommend Segal Construction Services. In fact, I am warning anyone who is considering using him. We hired his company to do some renovations on a home a year ago involving electric, re-siding the exterior, a new septic system and hook up, electric work, new roof, and plumbing. His "electrician" never finished the work that we paid for and Bill Segal did not follow through on this with us or the electrician at all. We discovered that our washer drain was hooked up to a PVC pipe that drained into our back yard, under the dirt, by the old septic system. We had someone else come and take care of that because we were so disgusted with Segal Construction at that point that we did not want them back to our house. Almost a year after the work done by Segal Construction Services was complete, our plumbing backed up and it was discovered that the only thing he and his guys hooked up to our new septic tank was one toilet and one sink. The kitchen, laundry room, and an entire full bath were still hooked up to the old septic system which had been "filled in with dirt", so we had mud coming up the drain. When we called him out to inspect the issue he got angry, yelled, and practically started a fight with my husband in the back yard. His plumber and workers jackhammered up our back patio and re-piped it correctly to the new septic system, while my husband stood over them to assure that all was draining to the right place. Bill Segal never called to see if everything was running correctly after that was done. His guys left old rusted metal pipes, and broken concrete pieces all over the place and never returned to clean it up. Our septic system was quoted at the highest dollar amount of $12,000 because they said we needed a lift station. As it turned out the slope of the land was sufficient that we did not need a lift station, but Bill Segal never changed the quote for this, so I am assuming he made out well on our project. The grounds around the house were never cleaned up after each project, we had flat tires from the nails and construction debris in our yard that we had to dispose of ourselves. This is not a professionally run company. I would like to give them NO STARS, but cannot submit this entry without at least one, so I am generously giving this company one star.

Bill Segall has done numerous projects for my company over the last 5 years. He has always met his deadline, communicated any issues good or bad, and his quality has been stellar!! My wife and I are currently working with him to build our dream home and I would recommend to his services to anyone else.

Bill Segal has done two jobs for me and my wife. He repaired and replaced a faulty / missing drain pan in a shower; re-tiled and re-plumbed the drain; and replaced drywall and trim that had been ruined by leak in my wife's rental townhouse. He also repaired damaged interior wall due to sprinkler leak on outside; replace the damaged wood flooring with tile; repaired, patched and painted exterior walls; and re-directed down spout. He got the job done professionally, on budget and on time. Would and have recommended him numerous times.
