I can’t say enough good things about Seko Restoration! They responded the very first day our plumber called them because of the water damage to our home office and laundry room. Emmanuel Perez headed up a team of guys to dry up the water and keep it from spreading. They were very polite and very professional and did an outstanding job. They came exactly when they said they would and finished the job right on time. The rooms look so nice.
Our insurance company, Farmer’s, recommended that we use Carpet One in Temecula for the carpet replacement, so we tried to go with them. But we had a terrible experience with them. We never could get an estimate on what it would cost. So I called Emmanuel several months after they had finished the drywall and painting.
He remembered us and came the very next day to take measurements. Then two days later he had an estimate for us! (Something we had been waiting for months to receive from the other company.) I was unable to go to the carpet store to look at samples, so Emmanuel brought several by for us to look over (and we live in Fallbrook!). Seko gave us a very fair price, worked with our busy schedules and came on Monday afternoon to move the furniture. Then they removed the old damaged carpet in 4 rooms and our stairs, and replaced it with beautiful new carpet in ONE DAY! (We had been told by the other company that it would take a week!). Emmanuel and his helper came back that afternoon to move the furniture back in place. We could not be happier with the work they did. As I said, I can’t say enough good things about Seko Restoration and Emmanuel Perez. He was always quick to answer back with any questions or concerns I had, and always treated us with courtesy and respect. If we ever have any other work we need done, we will definitely call Emmanuel. -

Emanuel is great. He is very responsive. I did have a couple things that needed to be corrected, and Emanuel got them done. I am very happy with the work they did. I would and did recommend him to a friend.

Emmanuel is a great guy to work with but sometimes no one would show up for 2-3 days to keep working in my house because of the water damage, almost towards the end of the project there was this guy name Luis he definitely wasn’t the right guy to finish all the details, he put too much glue on the t moilding and two months later they haven’t contacted me about this issue, also the paint touch ups he did and other details I had to redo them
I feel that At the end of the project they hurried up to move into their next project that small details weren’t done correctly
