    Paint exterior and roof patch.

    Can I give zero stars? Signed on for their exterior paint package. $20K is a lot of money and I would expect the pre-paint wood repair/ patching and prepping to be top notch.
    Alas, the wood repairs look like they were done by a bunch of clowns. Absolutely horrendous.
    The caulking looks like a 2 year old did it.
    They are not willing to correct their subpar work before painting commences.
    The job is 4 months past the estimated completion date now.
    They won't give me a cost breakdown for material and labor to justify the $20K contract.
    I have initiated a complaint with BBB and Contractors State License Board.

    Will not recommend to anyone...they are overpriced; I was charged $30,000 for exterior painting. I was coaxed into it & financially drained.

    We recently had our house painted by Mark Evans and his team from Select Home Improvements.
    Our home was in need of a major facelift and we received service that was above and beyond our expectations!
    We were drawn to TexCote Cool Wall selection for its 50 Year Warrantee with full replacement of cracks or chips within that time. Their ace team worked quickly and diligently, replacing facial wood fixtures and patching stucco, with the whole project completed in one week’s time! With its broad spectrum of colors and included sealant that acts as a barrier to weather and wear, TexCote by Select Home Improvements is a must have investment for your next home beautification project! Our once drab home is now a sunny fixture of our neighborhood, we are thrilled!
