SELECT MODULAR HOMES. 2012 Sandy did a job on our home...and we had to have it torn down.We went to Select Modular,to pick a home to replace it. The people working there were very friendly. We ordered the home (ranch raised up10 ft on pilings .
Within the first 6 months,the linoleum floor seam , that was right down the middle of the home where the 2 sides of the home where joined. The seams kept coming up .Tony has been back numerous times to try different glues,different approaches, but nothing seemed to work..now almost 6 yrs and They Stopped answering the phone when we call, to find out what they plan to do about our floor !!! They said at one point , they might have to put a WHOLE NEW FLOOR DOWN. Now to avoid that,they are waiting for the 6 yr.period to come up and leave us with A piece of crap looking floor !!!! And make us pay for their mistakes !!!
