The owner of this company replumbed my house and put in a new half bath for me. the price was competitive and fair, he showed up when he said he would (they all seem to be very busy) and he worked consistently and thoroughly. i never got the impression he was wasting time, nor was he over chatty, or conversely, unfriendly. i also never felt uncomfortable with him, which is nice. he listened to what i wanted and tried always to accommodate me. as i'm not familiar with plumbing codes etc, i couldn't always have it my way, but at least he tried and then explained when it wasn't possible. this was more than a year ago and i'm very happy with the plumbing in my house. top marks.
