    Repair destroyed home after hurricane Michael damage

    Larry Elliot is NOT a general contractor in the stat of FL and does not own any part of Selmani's and Sons.
    Selmani and Sons is a great company. Unfortunately, Larry Elliott is not really a part of the company. He came to Panama City after Hurricane Michael and passed himself off as a general contractor working for Selmani and Sons.
    Larry has stolen (via insurance fraud 100's of thousands of dollars) by scamming home owners. He partially fixed houses and then disappeared claiming the home owner's never paid him. He convinced many homeowners to write checks payable to "Larry Elliott" and not "Selmani and Sons". If you had work done by Larry Elliott, I recommended contacting the Bay County Sheriffs Office and add your name to the criminal investigation on Larry. Or at the very least, contact the owner of the company Larry claimed to work for.
    Larry was passing himself off as part of Selmani and Sons. He is not part of the company.
    Rudy Selmani, owner of Selmani and Sons. Rudy (Ruzhdi) is the licensed general contractor who owns and operates Selmani and Sons. You can check this at the Florida licensing web portal DBPR (https://www.myfloridalicense.com/wl11.asp).
    Rudy has opened case with the Bay County Sherriffs Office, and he is trying to find out how many contacts Larry illegally opened by fraudulently using the Selmani and Son's company and Rudy's General Contractor's license.
    Many homeowners lost ALL their Hurricane Michael insurance money to Larry Elliott and still don't have their homes repaired.

    Rudy Selmani deserves five stars for Rudy Selmani trying to repair the houses left abandoned by Larry (who entered contracts illegal using Selmani and Sons license information. . If you had a work done by Larry Elliott, post-hurricane Michael. there is a possibility it is not in accordance with Florida's building code, despite what Larry may have told you. Please the Selmani and Sons owner or the Bay County Sheriff's Office.

    hi, I used this company for my fence and few other stuff in house and the roof.thank you so much. larry was so helpful and even helped me with my tarps when they blew off before the roof got on.and I am in panama city, florida, and we are still struggling. everyone forgot about the hurricane Michael that hit us, so people like larry elliot and his company are really valued in our city. where are more people like him theres to many rules so people wont come to our city to work.
