Seman Construction built a porch on my house in 2010. They did a fantastic job!
I can't say enough good things about them. I had started with another contractor that
did not do a good job and was let go due to failed communictions. John came to the
rescue. He not only finished the job as I wanted but gave expert advice on details
that added to the design and function of the porch. The job was done in one week and
I get nothing but compliments when people drive by. The cost was a little higher than
I had budgeted, but the materials were of higher quality and done in a shorter time
than expected. I plan on using Seman again for a garage.
