I am writing this review to help protect other people. Seminole Heights Roofing LLC is a fraudulent business. The owner of this business has many businesses in the State of Florida registered to him, but he allows unlicensed people to use his name. His name is Andres Lemus. I hired Champion Roof Consultant Inc. to replace my roof. This company is licensed to Andres Lemus. I was given a quote for $15,500. A man by the name of Jeff Nash/Jeff McQueen asked me for a $7,750 down payment. I paid with a check. The check was cashed by Amari Jones. On the day the company was scheduled to start work, they did not show up. This was several months ago. Also, they have stopped answering my phone calls. I called and spoke to Andres Lemus. He said someone is using his name without his permission, which seems suspicious. If you check the DBPR website, you will see Andres Lemus has a license for many businesses in the State of Florida. Seminole Heights Roofing LLC and Champion Roof Consultant Inc belong to Andres Lemus roofing businesses. I would advise anyone who is a victim of the people associated with Andres Lemus, Jeff Nash, Jeff McQueen, and Amari Jones to report this to the DBPR to stop them.
