  This guy does not have a license to do construction. This guy takes your money, completes only half of the work, and runs. He left his equipment in the front driveway for weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!

  Patio Cement

  $6,500

  DO NOT pay in advance. Paid $4000 in July 2021 under the guise they would pour it "on Tuesday". They disappeared within ten minutes and did not return for weeks. Strung us along with excuses and promises. Said he had a bad case of COVID (maybe he did???). In November I demanded a refund and may have to file in court. He might be good if he would finish the job. But once again: DO NOT PAY until the work is done.

  Horrible service!!! Damaged rain gutter while breaking out cement. Said they didn’t do it. Broke sprinkler line under sidewalk they pored. Of course he said they didn’t do it. Will not return phone call or answer phone when he sees me calling because he knows I want it fixed and he doesn’t want to be bothered. Would not recommend using this company to anyone.

  Concrete RV Pad

  I highly recommend Senita Concrete! We called several contractors to come give us a bid for pouring an RV pad. Langi and his team were the only ones that acted like they wanted our business. They came out the same day we called for a bid, gave us a bid far below other contractors, and when we gave them the green light, they came and knocked out the entire job within a week. I am going to have them come back and resurface my old driveway that has pitting from salt and ice damage. They poured 16.5 yards of concrete 6"deep with rebar reinforcement and sealed it per my request. They did all the tear out and capping of sprinkler lines installed a drain pipe and did all the prep with gravel and compaction as they should. No cut corners here, I couldn't be happier! Thanks Senita!

  Backyard Patio in existing lawn

  $3,500

  I would give 100 stars if I could. Langi and his team are wonderful. He is an excellent communicator and takes extra steps to make the job right. There were boulders under our grass too big to move. Instead of going the quick route and pouring over them, he went immediately to get a jackhammer and chisel them down!! I was so grateful. He added a couple of last-minute requests we had without even a pause. And he kept me updated to make sure we knew what was happening with drainage, sprinklers, etc. It is a BEAUTIFUL patio and he worked sun up to sun down to get it finished. I am already planning our next project.
  Langi is by far THE BEST CONTRACTOR I have worked with. It was a great experience from start to finish. He is truly a very nice person and an excellent businessman.

  patio and stairs

  $3,700

  Had them pour a patio and stairs in our backyard. There is really poor communication with the contractor. After the initial bid I initiated multiple phone calls and text messages before they will call back with project updates. The day after the pour they removed the forms and there was a hole the size of a shoebox on the concrete steps they did. Another hole (the size of a quarter) in the center of the patio developed a few days later. Senita said they would come back "tomorrow" to patch the holes. "Tomorrow" occurred last week.

  Concrete stairs and walkway

  $2,400

  These guys did stairs and a walkway for me this week. I am floored by how good it looks. I got the quote on Tuesday the job was done Friday. The price was great. I highly recommend them to you.
