This place is a SCAM. I asked for a sink and faucet to be installed. That was not communicated to the actual installer. So when it was installed (Billy) the plumbing under the sink was incorrect and now leaks. I called Billy to see if it could be fixed. Instead of having a conversation, he started cursing at me and would not let me explain what was actually wrong with the plumbing. He kept interrupting me and never let me explain. Instead, he kept insulting me with curse words. Also, when I called to complain about him. I was given the run around. Nobody knew who the owner was. Nobody would tell me who the owner was. So BILLY gets to talk to whoever he wants, however he wants. If you want an unprofessional, half done job with a company that won't guarantee their work. This is the company to use.

This company is the worst that you could ever use. We used them the year before and they supposedly said that our pipe was broken and that they had to fix it. Then they removed both of our toilets and ran two large snakes from our house to the outside right next to the street to clear out the pipes because we had water leaking from our toilets and needed it fixed asap. They said that clearing out the pipes would fix it and we wouldn't ever had this problem again. We now just had the same problem less then a year later and contacted them. I spoke with one guy and he said that he would send a technician out to fix it. We never heard back from him so we called him again and he never answered because we called his cell phone number that he had given us. So we called the main company phone number and spoke with the person that answered that number and he said that he would talk to his technician and get back with us. He didn't call us back so we called him back after a long time and he finally answered and he said that the problem wasn't coming from where they fixed it outside but from inside our house. First of all, they did remove the toilets and work from the inside of our house and secondly how could he say that when they didn't even look at anything the night before when they came out. They never honored their warranty that they are supposed to give and we paid over $1,600 to have to work done and also had to wind up calling another company who charged us $300 for something that Señor Rooter did the job for the year before and said that they didn't cause the problem and that we would have to pay more just to have something that they were supposed to fix in the first place. DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!!
