James Crawford from Triple AAA emergency response and Crawford Electric repairs was hired from us in 2015. We hired him to install electric for our pool heater and an additional electric outlet. By the time the pool was installed and we checked the heater it was not working so our pool people( who actually recommended this company) looked at it and said it was wired incorrectly. The pool people fixed it because we already waited the whole summer for the pool. When we opened our pool on April 15, 2016 we tried the electric outlet and realized it did not work. We called James several times with no response and he will not acknowledge our problem or us. We paid him 700.00 and did not get working electric. This was not the agreement or the result we paid for. Still waiting.
