It has been very challenging working with this builder Serene Global. I purchased my home a year ago. I have experienced so many issues with my home and I'm still waiting for the builder to come out and do repairs. It's now been a year that I'm still waiting on them to come out and perform repairs. After speaking with many around the community, it seems that everyone is unhappy with the services provided by Serene. No one answers the main number to the company when you try reaching out. I've also sent several emails and no one responds. Several others in the community have done so as well. It's really frustrating that we as a community are having to chase down Serene to fix the things they are responsible for. This builder needs to be held accountable. I do NOT recommend purchasing a home from them.
