Ken Adkins and his not so master mason Angel Rodriguez re did my pool decking. Let's just say that the work that was done is so incredibly poor. The sloping so that when it rains??? There is no sloping going on with my pool decking. When it rains the water does not even go into the drainage line, because the mason's sloping takes the water away from the drainage system and it sits and pools on my decking. His mason Angel did such a poor job with all of my decking. Nothing is level or sloped properly with my pavers/decking. There are loose pavers that are supposed to be laid on concrete. When I try to contact Ken Adkins, the owner, to come back and correct the issues he simply does not return my calls. What good customer service that is. Not so much.
