It was terrible. Tom is excellent about design and helping homeowner design. Managing his subcontractors was terrible. Much lower quality than I have ever seen. We had numerous warranty issues. They were either ignored or handled with the lowest quality repair possible. He took ask many shortcuts as possible to maximize his profit while sacrificing build quality
