After first call to Ben, I did not receive a call back from him. 1 week later 2 of his people came by my house to look at needed repair. Was told that they might be able to do repair that day or within 1 week. After 1 month of no one showing up, I placed another call to Ben's answering service. No return call. After another week I called Ben and left another message. As you can guess, no return call.
