Sergey installed the HVAC system and gas fireplace for my new construction house in 2019. There were many problems with the fireplace installation, including improper propane conversion. Another tech had to disassemble, clean and reinstall the unit from scratch. On the HVAC system, Sergey abandoned any responsibility for service/repair when problems with the system began in 2022. I contacted him numerous times asking him to diagnose and service the system. Either he provided a date many days later, refused to come or ignored messages. This was unacceptable, especially since the furnace stopped in extremely cold temperatures. So far, my expenses on a 3 year old furnace have exceeded $1,000 with other HVAC techs. One matter that came to light with Sergey's installation was a burned out and taped over blower door switch. I asked him, at minimum, to replace this part. He ignored this request. Obviously, my experience with Sergey's work does not recommend him to others.
