Please, please, PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire Jose Serrano for your project! We had an absolute nightmare experience with him and wouldn't wish it upon anyone. He shows up whenever he feels like it and has no sense of urgency even when he knows his customer does. The quality is just okay, with plenty of sloppy work that will leave you feeling hopeless. Jose expects money up front for materials and labor before the work is done. He then spends it (on who knows what) and expects the customer to keep floating him. Usually, when he runs out of funds, he disappears for days and at one point for a whole month! He has no idea how to manage a project period, but specifically financially and the sequence of which he does things, doesn't make sense. Overall, absolutely horrible.
