Refer by American Homeshield Services for refrigerator repair services. Service Connection is the worst service ever. The guy Brian came out first visit stating oh just defrost freezer after he came 3 hrs late. Second visit order 2 parts still no repair. Third visit replace parts 3 wks later refrigerator still not working properly. Call back appointment made no call no show. Get a call stating manager but sounds like Brian stating repair was sick and trying to convince me that secretary call me earlier that day to cancel. I received no calls/voicemail from company that day. Stay away from them it was inconvenience for me.
