Technician came out the first time, advised my AC unit was low on freon and maintenance was required for a total of $500. The next day, the air went out and the same exact tech advised again my freon was low and he filled it up. The next day, same tech and same exact answer: my AC unit was low on freon. The fourth and final time, the same exact tech comes out, actually inspects the unit in the attic and then advised that I may have a leak coming from somewhere. And hour passed and I get a call from HWA (horrible home warranty company) stating the tech provided them his diagnosis. This guys advised them I needed 15lbs of freon?!?! 15lbs is only for industrial units, I live in a one story house. Tech stated I needed PVC modifications, an access door and two kill switches for the primary and secondary for almost 1200 dollars!! I paid for another AC tech to inspect my unit as I decline to have any more work done by this company! Long story short, Service Express burnt my coil out in my unit and the whole time, the blower was the faulty part. Warning: Do not use this company for anything! They are a complete fraud and highly unqualified.

Home Warranty of America send me this contractor because my air-condition did not work properly. Said I'm low on Freon on and re-charged 5lb of R-22 instead of R410-A into the system. He never checked for any leak etc. just re-charged. He checked the second working AC and said it is low about 1 lb and charged as well with R-22. After 3 month unit stopped working. Needed to get flushed and coil replaced.
Worst contractor I ever had come to my home. Hope TLDR revokes his license so he cannot do damage to others
