A technician by the name of Vick came out to service our house and was dismissive and did not fix the unit completely. We already paid so asked them to come back. They just put us back in line and wouldn't have a spot for THREE DAYS. Our AC went out on a Thursday, they came out on a Saturday, and to fix it they didn't come out again until Wed! I understand it was during a heat wave and they are busy but insane to expect people to figure it out for a week! If it was just me and my husband that would have been fine but we had a NEWBORN baby and a 3 year old! We told them this and they did not care. The poor receptionist tried to do what she could but was restricted based on her job. She said the owner would call me to see if there was anything he could do. HE NEVER CALLED!
It's crazy that there was no priority for a newborn! I think it was crazy to me how dismissive they were. They did not care at all. And they didn't even do a good job! If they had fixed it the first time we wouldn't have been in this position. . . I'm not convinced Vick even knew what he was doing. He was so dismissive when we were expressing the problem and so quick to leave. I'm convinced that he had a quick fix to get paid out instead of actually fixing something so he can be paid since I had insurance.
Don't rely on them. Especially if you are elderly, have a baby, pregnant or anyone that could suffer from extreme heat. They DID NOT care and it was over 100 degrees outside! I had to keep figuring out other solutions to prevent heat stroke in my baby FOR A WEEK. A WEEK! Crazy to put a baby under this stress!!! And portable AC units were sold out! Fans don't keep out 100 degree heat. . . Shame on Service Titan!
