Seto is very knowledgeable about AC/Heater systems. I have worked with him on several occasions. Last year our AC broke down in the hottest week of the summer. He stopped by right after I called him and advised the replacement of the AC as our AC was very old. He ordered the new unit right away and within a couple days we had a brand new and upgraded unit in our house. I contacted him again 2 weeks ago to replace the HVAC unit in a rental unit that I have and I'm completely satisfied with his work. This unit was on the roof of a townhouse and most contractors that I called refused to do the job per its complexity. Seto gave me a fair quote (lower than 2 other contractors) and accepted to do the job. The work was done within 1 week (ordering crane, the AC unit, etc) and I'm completely satisfied on how he handled this project. I'm definitely recommending him for any AC/Heater repair/replacement.

Great quality work! My father recently installed a brand new air system and couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. He spent about 3 weeks buying parts and couldn't figure it out. Seto came in for one hour and knew exactly what to fix! Great job for great quality

Genius! My father recently installed a new air system and it wasn't working. He spent 3 weeks buying parts trying to fix it. Seto came in for only an hour and knew exactly what part needed to be replaced and now our air system is perfect! Reasonable pricing for great quality work
