Severe Builders, LLC is the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. They truly do absolutely amazing work from start to finish. After a complete nightmare experience with our previous contractor, we were lucky enough to hear about Severe Builders, LLC from a family friend. They are the nicest most professional people we have ever encountered in the construction business and the level of craftsmanship they provide was beyond our expectations. The only thing more impressive then their work was the price. We will definitely be calling them again for every project we have in the future and highly recommend them for all your construction needs.

I entered into a contract with Severe Builders LLC in May 2017 to perform renovation work on my house. The business owner (Wilde) did not start the agreed to work and informed me July 31, 2017 that he was too busy to complete my home renovation project. My mortgage financing is contingent - via the FHA 203K program - that certain renovation work be completed. Wilde was aware of these requirements and submitted all the necessary documentation to my mortgage lender confirming the renovation would be completed as stipulated in the renovation contract. I am now left scrambling to find another renovation contractor to complete the work to satisfy the terms of my renovation loan (203K). The actions of this business were deceptive and breached the contractual terms set forth in numerous documents.
