I would not recommend Superior for any home remodeling. I initially contracted with one person, (either owner or manager) who agreed that the Supervisor would be on site from beginning to end of project, as I stated that this was a 'condition for contract'. I did not want the work shifted from one person to another, so it had to be the Supervisor I met. I know contractors often use spanish speaking crews, I used to sell New Home communities for a nationwide builder, and anytime the Construction Supervisors were not on site, and there were problems....they lost the ability to speak English.
I told the manager I had to be home when the job was done, and they could not use the gates which were 'permanantly locked'. They could access yard from garage.Once I signed a contract, office staff kept harassing me to do the job sooner than I wanted. I kept getting calls from different employees none who had talked with each other or knew who I talked with last.
I felt continually pressured and was never allowed a conversation with the manager who came to my home to sign the contract, once I signed he no longer would talk to me. The 'Supervisor ' showed up for all of 10 minutes, and then took off without notifying me, I was clearly promised the Super would be on site at all times. The crew pretended to not know 'any English'.
They broke all my solar lights (they were crushed by staff), and they 'forgot the paint' to paint the roof vents on the house. To this day they are not painted.
