Excellent businessman! Highly recommend! He came all the way out to Ocotillo Wells where we had already pulled the pump and he sold us the new pump, at cost w/o even charging a service call charge or anything. He made himself available in case we had any questions afterwards, which we did not, and was utterly professional.

I called Sexton pump for some help last June. It turns out I had a broke water pipe that leads up to my 10,000 gallon water tank. Robert found the leak, I dug it up and he came out & fixed it. However that did not fix the problem water was still not reaching the tank. So he sold me a $1,588.00 new pressure tank. That didn't work. So he hooked up a garden hose to my home from a hose bib not fed off the water tank. So I could at least have running water in my home. He also told me I would be getting invoices for the services & parts I had already paid for and received. Via email and he has both the email addresses & home & cell phone numbers. And yet 8 months later still no invoices and I am still hooked up to a water hose. Now I realize Robert has other customers and some with water emergencies.....I get that....in fact basically he said emergencies first...aka...don't call me I'll call you ....I get that too.....so I went out in anticipation of his help and purchased a few hundred feet of 1-1/2" PVC replacement pipe and 4 of every possible pipe connectors we would need....glue and a camera to. Robert's plan was to remove his repair.....push water through the pipe down at the well house and push water into the pipe from the water tank down....hoping to clear any blockages that may be causing the problem....that was 8 months ago...no emails...no phone calls......as a retired California licensed contractor for 27 years.....I can honestly say that all my customers mattered big or small.....customer service matters.....so just be very careful here.....and no I would not recommend him.....
