Dealt with SFR for the replacement of the roof on my house located in SW Florida. My contact was a chap named Orlando Smith. Orlando did an outstanding job of doing absolutely everything required to get the job done. He kept us informed every step of the way; always at the end of his phone when I called., Our claim with the ins. company was denied at first but SFR lawyers turned that around and we got a new roof. Orlando assured us that the roofing company that SFR was subcontracting to was excellent and he was absolutely right. Can't say enough about Orlando and SFR.

I was very fortunate to meet Orlando while he was performing a roof inspection next door to my house. I introduced myself as Paul and asked him to speak with me when he finished his roof inspection. I was very much impressed watching him going about his business on the roof totally in control. upon completion I asked him if he would inspect my roof. I was so surprised when he said yes, but that was the lovely young man I had just met for the first time.

I have a nice home on the river in Fort Myers. SFR services was able to obtain a full replacement of my tile roof and all I had to pay was my $40k deductible. The roof was finished in quick fashion and they even installed new battens because Building code called for it. Best company and I will refer them to anyone who asks.

Working with SFR and particularly Orlando Smith was a pleasure. We had our tile roof replaced and Orlando was there to answer any and all questions. It seemed he was always available! We have already received several compliments on our new roof. People are actually stopping us in the street to say how great the roof

I did everything that was requested and they did not communicate with me for 4 months. I assumed that they abandoned the project. The first thing I received from them after 4 months was threatening to sue me. Not a very customer company.
