State General Contractor, Inc. was hired to remodel our home in Cape Coral, FL. They were $90K of a $96K Contract and did less than half the work. We were very dissatisfied after waiting eight (8) months on a project that was supposed to take three (3) months. Our house was a wreck when we flew down to Florida to inspect it. We are currently in litigation with this company for the additional $73K we had to spend to finish the project. Jeff Halverson was the Project Manager. He is not trustworthy. He asked us for $10K to buy appliances but never bought them and just kept the money.
